Logan Classic Boats Ltd
| With the moulds taken directly from a 1912 Logan designed launch, the lines of this classic craft have been faithfully reproduced with construction in maintenance free GRP. With a varnished timber interior, the result is a craft with the elegance and charm of yester-year, plus all the advantages of a new vessel.
The relatively narrow beam not only provides an easily driven hull requiring very low horsepower for the cruising speed of eight knots, and consequently low running costs, but is also within the maximum legal width allowed on roads, greatly reducing transport costs. While the Logan 33 with its handcrafted timber interior can be customised to meet your precise requirements, it is offered in four layout configurations. All four are the same from the forward end of the saloon where the steering station is located, to the bow, comprising an enclosed head, acres of locker space and a king sized double bed. The engine is located under the bed in a sealed, soundproofed compartment that also houses ancillary equipment such as hot water cylinder, batteries etc. The fore peak is a self draining chain locker with a sealed impact compartment below. |
